Interplay Refund Policy

No Refund Policy (Please read carefully)

Interplay does not offer refunds. A refund may only be considered under special circumstances or if Interplay Therapy cancels.

Special circumstances (supporting documentation will need to be provided):
1. Death in immediate family
2. Critical Illness

Under special circumstances the only time you would be eligible for a refund there is an admin fee of $100 (to cover processing fees/set up fees we incur).

An individual workshop or program will be deemed NON-REFUNDABLE if a student does not attend and no effort has been made to contact Interplay prior to the commencement of the workshop. In the case of cancellation of a workshop or program, every effort will be made to avoid inconveniences when transferring attendees to suitable replacement dates.

Fees and Charges
By enrolling in Interplay, you agree to pay the sum of fees, including applicable surcharges, of the individual workshop or program you have selected.

In the case where payments are outstanding, access to the learning portal will be suspended until such time that accounts are paid up to date.

All overdue accounts are subjected to a weekly overdue fee of $30.00. Interplay reserves the right to withhold completion certificates until payment for the enrolled individual workshop or bundle has been paid in full.

You are required to pay the full amount of the course fees even if you do not complete your course.
Student fees will include the necessary e-learning resources such as online interactive resources, online pdf or workbooks dependent upon the course of study chosen.

Withdrawal during course
If for whatever reason you wish to withdraw from the program/course, you can do so by emailing [email protected]
